Sante Clinic, Vancouver

Sante Medical clinic is a 1200 square foot naturopath clinic focussed on medical grade skin care and hormonal wellness. The client wanted a calm and sophisticated setting to support their clients' lasting wellness. The clients wanted to incorporate a tree in the reception area and through the design process, the design team created custom light fixtures resembling stylistic trees, with the lit ends being thought of as roots, as the clinic's approach is scientific and healing from the inside out. Taking advantage of the ceiling height, we designed a facetted custom bronze mirror to further emphasize the feature. While green is often synonymous with wellness spaces, we pulled the saturated green from the stone selected for the reception desk and used it on heavily textured walls. The bold hue is balanced by simple polished concrete floors and neutral off white walls.
